Giacomo Gallai, a former Judicial Research Attorney for the Superior Court of California and an experienced attorney in private practice, holds law degrees from Pepperdine University, School of Law, in California, as well as from the University of Florence, School of Law, in Italy.

Giacomo Gallai is fluent in Italian and obtained his first law degree from the University of Florence, School of Law, in Italy in 1999, specializing in international law issues. After working for an Italian law firm dealing with transactional and litigated matters, Mr. Gallai began his legal studies at Pepperdine University, School of Law, in Malibu, California. Mr. Gallai gained his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Pepperdine University, School of Law in 2003, graduating in the top 8% of his class. He further distinguished himself first as a member and then as Lead Articles Editor of the Pepperdine Law Review and as a published author. (U.S. v. As a Judicial Research Attorney for the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles, Mr. Gallai obtained important expertise in all aspects of litigation and civil procedure as well as valuable insight in the inner workings of Courts, which are of extreme value to his clients. After serving the judiciary, Mr. Gallai practiced at very established law firms in Los Angeles, including one with more than 100 attorneys and 5 offices, obtaining substantial expertise as a litigator, even at the appellate level, and in transactional matters.
In addition to devoting to his practice, Mr. Gallai gives back to the community and recognizes the importance of civil service and volunteering. Mr. Gallai serves as a Vice-President and Counsel of Fondazione Italia, which is a non-profit foundation sponsored by the Italian Government and devoted to the promotion of the Italian language and culture in Southern California. In this capacity, Mr. Gallai has the opportunity to interact with the Consulate of Italy in Los Angeles and various other Italian institutions such as the Italian Cultural Institute as well as with major American universities and schools in Southern California.
In addition, Mr. Gallai is a board member of the South Bay Chapter of the Pepperdine University Alumni Association, and a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Mr. Gallai is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Torrance and a "Paul Harris" Fellow of the Rotary Foundation. Mr. Gallai also takes time to serve as Panelist and Moot Court Judge at Pepperdine University, School of Law.
